Founder, Teresa Hogan M.S., CCC-SLP a native New Mexican, earned a Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2006 from the University of New Mexico, and a Bachelor of Science in Education-Communication Disorders from New Mexico State University.
Teresa has been practicing in acute rehabilitation and acute care hospital settings for six years primarily serving the geriatric population. Completing videoflouroscopic swallow evaluations for the past five years as well as completing one-on-one training performing FEES.
Ms. Hogan has mentored and assisted in training colleagues in bedside swallow evaluations as well as videoflouroscopic evaluations of swallowing. Teresa has clinical experience in bedside dysphagia diagnostics, videoflouroscopy and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing as well as treatment of dysphagia.
In addition to maintaining her New Mexico State license and Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), she is also a member of the Division 13 Special Interest Group.
